Extended Stay America Suites- Somerset - Franklin

I had a fantastic stay at this location. Jasbir, the General Manager, is incredibly attentive and goes out of his way to ensure everything is perfect. Special shout-out to Ms. Crystal and Sheri; their warmth, helpfulness, and genuine care made all the difference. The entire staff is truly above and beyond. Rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped, the facilities are well-maintained, and the surrounding area feels safe and convenient. I’ll definitely be recommending this property to friends and family and I’ll be back myself!

I was greeted with exceptional enthusiasm by their Guest Representative Amir, He was very accommodating and offered me the best amenities Extend Stay America had to offer and their Coffee Bar was fantastic! I’d definitely recommend this hotel for business travelers or traveling nurses. I was also told that General manager Jasbir is very helpful and friendly guy but sadly I wasn’t able to meet him. Although their front trash can was overfilled so I’d just leave this as my only complaint.

Not knowing how long I would be in town, I was happy to know the hotel had a kitchenette, full size refrigerator, very adorable kitchen space equipped with dishes for your stay, the kindness of the staff is the 5 stars for me. Ms. Crystal checked me in, her kindness is a 10+, her customer service care was above and beyond warmth. Thank you, Ms. Crystal!! Ms. Sherry assisted in my reservations, she made sure the room was cleaned, and that everything worked in the room, her patience and kindness was absolutely wonderful. Positive: NOTHING! This location is mainly used for the homeless and their pets. This location was disgusting, the smell of urine and drugs outside. Negative: Upon my arrival after 7PM and checking in the room was still being cleaned and I use that term loosely. There was not enough linen. I inspected the room for visible signs of bugs ect. Lysol the space down. And we where back out until late

This is by far the most disgusting hotel I have ever been at. The hotel smells like weed all throughout, the hallways smell like an ash tray, they never empty the trash in the trash room and I had cockroaches in my shower. When I discovered the cockroaches I decided to check out and went to the front desk I took video proof and thankfully I did because I’m having to argue with getting my money back for the night I didn’t stay. I’ve asked four times for the general manager to call me and he hasn’t. This is the most disgusting hotel with the worst quality of staff and service do not waste your money staying here!!! Go to sonesta across the street!!!
