Extended Stay America Suites- San Rafael - Francisco Blvd. East

Excellent stay from start to finish. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well organized. The staff was professional, friendly, and always willing to help. I especially want to highlight the manager Jaxson , who did an outstanding job making sure everything ran smoothly. You can really tell the hotel is well managed — attention to detail and customer service were top-notch. Thanks to the manager’s leadership, the entire team provided a great experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free stay.

This review is for the front desk guy who checked me in he was friendly and provided a great customer service. We stayed in room 101 it was clean and comfortable. Lighting can be little bit better but overall it was good stay. Will stay here again

Positive: I’m a local. I’ve stayed at the hotel often in previous years: location and view from 4th floor rooms. Negative: Management was rude, unhelpful: after front desk staff late in the eve didn’t know location of plunger. Called her boyfriend for advice re faulty a.c..not manager. No disc. moe apology offered. Refused when I asked. Mgr didn’t talk to me/stayed in office

I stay here often for work. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are clean and is a great value if you are staying while working in town. The pillows are super comfy. 👌 super close to Target and not far from eateries. Many places locally will deliver food to the rooms. Sufficient parking.

One of elevators is always busted which results in having to wait over 5 minutes each time you need it. It's shared with staff who cant or will not speak English, a maintenance guy who is kinda creepy & who is always smoking by the back entrance. The sidewalks & parking lot is always dirty due to some of the trashy residents there. The complimentary breakfast is a joke! The coffee is nasty brown water. The muffins & pre packaged & dry, the oatmeal is always out, and the coffee runs out before 8:30am. The parking is terrible, and half are taken up by big trucks, pick up's with trailers and large haulers. The management doesn't do anything about it. They should be parking on the street in front of the hotel! The same laborers, workers & road crew that stay there for a full week or maore a
