Extended Stay America Suites- Salt Lake City - West Valley Center

I genuinely love this place. I love the staff. April is absolutely amazing. On top of her professionalism she is very attentive to her tenants and guests. She is also an absolute blast to talk to and see as I’m here. Any problems we bring or have brought to her attention has been handled quickly and professionally. Her staff team are just absolutely amazing as well. I really have not had a negative experience here or with staff. I genuinely recommend this hotel to anyone looking. ❤️

Positive: The staff is awesome they really are always helpful and on top of it. The room is good for price but it was clean and had everything I needed as a single man. Negative: Their really cleaning up the place making changes and it's trimming the fat this hotel is good for single people maybe not so much for a family but I really had no problems at all. I'm satisfied and I will stay here again

Comfortable Stay with Friendly and Helpful Staff I recently spent a week at this property and was overall very satisfied with my stay. After experiencing a difficult personal situation, I was grateful to find affordable accommodations through a $55-per-night coupon and a reservation made via Booking.com. I stayed in a Queen Suite with a kitchenette, which proved to be comfortable and practical for an extended stay. The check-in process was efficient and welcoming. The front desk agent was both friendly and professional, taking the time to explain that the elevator was out of service and offering sincere apologies. My room was located on the third floor, which required multiple trips up the stairs with my belongings, but once settled, I found the room to be spacious and well-appointed. Th

Do not stay here. It's close to an overflow shelter where there is high crime. The hallways reeked of marijuana all the time, there was someone convicted of murder,There were people who had attempted to break into our vehicle, and the rooms were dirty, yellow weird gunk on the bathroom walls, the blinds were absolutely caked in dust and looked like they'd never been touched, on top of the fact that if you have property there, even tho they claim to hold it they let their employees steal it. They refused to let me have my property after authorities said it was ok to do so. I will have to report this hotel for theft. There's much more I can say but DO NOT STAY HERE. it's in a rough area, constant drug use and homeless and crime run rampant at this hotel. I stayed here for over a month and ha

I had a great experience at the Extended Stay America in West Valley. The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay — especially the full kitchen, which made it easy to feel at home. The staff were friendly and helpful, always greeting me with a smile and willing to assist with anything I needed. The location is convenient, close to restaurants, shopping, and easy freeway access, but still quiet enough to relax. The property felt safe and well-maintained, and the housekeeping team did a great job keeping everything tidy. If you’re staying for work, travel, or just need a comfortable home base for a while, I definitely recommend this hotel. It’s a great value and made my time in West Valley stress-free and enjoyable!
