Extended Stay America Suites- Philadelphia - Malvern - Swedesford Rd.

I NEVER leave reviews anywhere, but I really wanted to assuage anyone else who is potentially on the fence about this ESA based on other reviews. Yes, this is all subjective, but in my opinion, it was a pretty good stay! I was there for 5 days during a transitional job/housing situation, and all of the associates were especially courteous and informative. The room was clean, our floor was quiet, and the location is incredibly convenient, next to several shopping centers, restaurants, and corporate parks, with a few bus transit options available (though some of the stops are not pedestrian-friendly, just be aware). As far as cons go, they're pretty benign for a shorter stay like mine. This location DOES desperately need a few more luggage carts, or to at least replace/service the ones that

This was our first time staying at an Extended Stay Hotel and it will be our last. We checked in at 9:45 pm and our room had never been cleaned and the beds were stripped and not remade. The front desk clerk was great and took care of getting it done but the issue added an hour to our check-in time. The room was dirty and was not maintained well at all. It had not been vacuumed, which appeared to be for quite some time, the refrigerator handle was filthy as was the side of the cabinets. The formica was pulled off the front of the bathroom cabinets, the inside of the door was filthy, the backsplash was separating from the counter and one counter was extremely bowed. The hallways had not been vacuumed recently either. We won't be staying at an Extended Stay again.

First want to start this off by saying the staff is absolutely amazing but well booked a king room because they coulld get the door open for the whole week I was there I was downgraded to a Queen. Then whoever is in charge of firing contractors this time snow well they didn’t pick the right one (Photos attached) when five days after the snow storm the parking lot is still covered in snow. With a half a walkway to get into the hotel.

For me staying at Extended Stay in Malvern PA was a good experience for me. The issue I had was plumbing issues which maintenance fixed. The other issue was one of the locks on the door was broken. Other than that the room was clean and it was quite. The hotel Staff are very nice and helpful. The manager, Sharito is awesome, so friendly and nice!! The location is great. There's Target, Dollar Tree and supermarkets close by. It's also affordable hotel to stay in which is something that I was looking for. I would stay in this hotel again.

"Im currently staying at the Extended Stay America on 8 E Swedesward in Marvin ] for a Travel Nurse contract that will last six months, and the experience is fantastic. The hotel is always clean and quiet, which made me relax after hard work in hospital .A major highlight was the excellent service; the manager Sharito and staff Kim , Naziar and Nayana went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, from extra towels to specific kitchen items. The complimentary morning coffee was also a great touch made by Shawne ( best coffee in area )far better than typical hotel coffee. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing a comfortable, clean, long-term stay with exceptional service."
