Courtyard by Marriott Philadelphia Great Valley/Malvern

Stayed one night in room 213 for a work trip. The room was comfortable and well laid out with a desk, sofa, and king-size bed. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant—service was great, though the food and drink options felt a bit limited. I didn’t have a chance to use the pool or fitness facilities. Conveniently, there’s a Starbucks nearby, which was a nice bonus. Overall, a pleasant stay and I’d likely return for future work travel.

I have stayed here a few times, never had a bad experience. Rooms are clean and spacious enough. Internet is fast enough for streaming. Customer service has always been excellent. It's a one minute walk to Starbucks and Chick-fil-A.

Called earlier this month to get prices on a room for visiting family whos having cancer treatment nearby. Got terrible service from whomever answered the phone, cut off multiple times when asking questions about activities in the area and the Safety of the neighborhood. Based off this experience, and the other newest reviews, youd be better staying at a cheap motel nearby & saving money then wasting it here and getting rude service with poor rooms.

Room was comfortable. There was no microwave. Breakfast was expensive for food that was heated in a microwave or taken from a cooler. We were disappointed. Location was convenient.

I was racially profiled on Jan 8th at 8:39pm while sitting in the lobby to book my room. Then police were called on me for maybe being Hispanic. I never interacted with the lady at the front desk before she started shouting that only paying guests are allowed here. She then filed a false report with the police. Brown people not welcome here. Please be careful.
