Extended Stay America Suites- Omaha - West

I am currently staying at Extended Stay America and having an absolutely wonderful experience. The service is outstanding and the staff truly make me feel welcome. I especially want to recognize Robbie, Steve, and Jesse for their professionalism and friendly attitudes. They are always helpful, attentive, and quick to assist with anything I need. It’s clear they genuinely care about the guests and take pride in their work. I also want to give a big thank you to the housekeeping staff. Her hard work do not go unnoticed. Overall, this location provides great service with genuinely friendly workers who go above and beyond. I highly recommend staying here.

I arrived after a delayed flight only to find out after I get there that they don’t allow check-ins past midnight. I never got an email or a single notification from them saying that check-ins weren’t allowed past 12AM. Thankfully the guy at the counter was very nice about the situation and gave me advice on where to stay for the night.

Please stay away. Manager Robbie is completely incompetent. We made a reservation two months in advance, and we were told our first payment would be high due to it having the first pet fee being 20$ a day for each cat (then will lower to 10$ for the rest of our stay). When we arrived on our date of the reservation, we made sure to confirm with the manager (on Sunday) that our pet fee was included. They confirmed it was. Today 3/29 we asked how much we owe in the morning, and they tell my girlfriend it will be over 700$. That they did not include the pet fee for the first week. (My main complaint) I am flabbergasted for the unprofessional in the establishment. This issue does not seem it will be solved, so we will most likely go to a different extended stay. We had a really bad experience at this hotel and I want other families to be aware. If I could give it 0 stars I would! Right away they asked for every person’s ID, then told us guests have to take out their own trash. The booking advertised breakfast included, but at check-in we were told it was just coffee, tea, and a muffin. When we got to the room it smelled horrible. There was food on the floor, holes in the carpet, paint all over the sink, and cracks between the wall and tub that looked like they were just painted over. It definitely did not feel clean or safe. Can I give zero stars? ZERO stars on caring for customer. On Dec 31 2025, we arrived for a prepaid Priceline reservation. I had apparently mistakenly listed 3 adults instead of 2 adults and 1 child. The front desk REFUSED to make any correction and would not allow check-in without IDs for three adults. the lady said their system would simply not allow it - well, zero stars for your system. It was afternoon of a new year's eve and we get this totally unexpected curve ball of being barred into going into the hotel we made a reservation for. The attendant lady said we needed to make that adjustment with Priceline reservation.
