Extended Stay America Suites- Nashville - Brentwood - South

One of the best stays I've had! Room was so clean and smelled great! The manager at the desk was so friendly and even upgraded me to a room because of a delayed flight! I would recommend to anyone to come stay here passing through!

When we arrived at the hotel, we were put in a room that had broken furniture. There was a smell to the room of mildew. The outlets did not work in the bathroom. They switched us to another room that also had a broken recliner and there were roaches. The people that lived there yes lived there had plants in the windows, litter boxes outside and welcome mats in front of their doors. The tenants were rude. They stayed up all night, running up and down the balconies with their children outside screaming and chasing each other. You get what you pay for. You wouldn’t think a hotel like this would be in Brentwood so I was surprised. The TV was broken so we didn’t even turn it on because we were afraid it was going to fall apart. Not what I expected at all.

Very sad we stayed here. Their front desk is not 24 hour manned. They don't open their office until 7 am. We were leaving at 6:30 and didn't want to stay around for the grab and go breakfast which was probably not much. |The room's smoke detector was missing from the ceiling. The waste bins were overflowing. The bathroom vanity looked like someone had put a cigarette butt on it and scorched it. Won't be going back here again.

After 10 hr drive and confirmed emails was told we lost your reservation. They wanted to put 3 adults in a one queen bed skanky room. Due to the long drive and not knowing the area we stayed. Room was musty, drawers on dresser noticeably broken. TV didn't work, shower was horrible dirty and moldy. No working fire alarm and please let's not forget the bugs. Staff would not work with us at all. Please do your due diligence before picking this place. Sent email to tops and never heard back

I had a great experience here. I’ve stayed all over the country. And one thing is for certain. These rooms are affordable and clean. The woman at the front desk was awesome and very kind.
