Brentwood Suites Nashville, an Ascend Collection Hotel

This is an official Google review with Ambassador HeQayim on Brentwood Suites in Brentwood Tennessee. Honorable mention to the General Manager ; outstanding trainer and manager. The service and Manager are above satisfactory and professional. I was extended complimentary items for room choice and asked each day by room service for service. The concierge remembered my room and name on a first name basis. The room is decorated beautifully and the suite features a bar and in house restaurant. One astounding feature I appreciated most is the water pressure and temperature gauges. It’s by far the best I’ve experienced and top tier in apex with The W, Waldorph and JW Marriot Executive. My Apex rating score is 4.6 I really enjoyed the humility and professionalism of the staff. ROYAL VIBES.

Very clean, comfortable rooms, with lots of space to unpack. Everyone on the staff that we interacted with was super friendly and professional. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.|Minor downsides were the small elevator, which didn’t really impact us since we stayed during a slower time through the holidays, and lack of space to put anything, like face wash, etc in the shower.|Wonderful stay overall!

This is a fantastic hotel. Over the last several months I have stayed here multiple times. Hugh is always so sweet. It's nice to see a welcoming smile after driving so long. You're also greeted with Kerrigan coffee bar. If you happen to be traveling to Vanderbilt your not far.This hotel offers a good breakfast with eggs sausage, hash browns a d hash. This hotel is super clean.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was especially friendly. I loved our room. It had everything we needed, including a closet. Furniture was clean, and didn't give me any doubts about using it like some hotels I've been in. And the lobby was also comfortable and inviting. I recommend this hotel, and would stay here again.

Very nice hotel, very nice rooms, however breakfast need improvement. The hash brown with meat was very plain and mushy. The bacon paper thin very dry hardly any flavor. Half of the sausages were very dry and hard.
