So we stayed off an on for over a year. I love the location. Parking our car was the safest. An my dog had plenty of open area to roam if needed. The groceries store is with in walking distance. There is a lovely trail an a pond on thd other side. My Favorite honest an professional front desk Team member was Grant. He never had any issues with billings. Even if the system was struggling he was always on top of fallowing up with us. An making sure our bill was always correct. He was always good at handeling any other needs as well. One thing to note we were long term stay. I have worked at hotels myself so I know what to look out for. There are a lot of things this place has to stay on top of. If I could give zero stars, I would - to the entire ESA corporation.|We didn’t actually stay at this hotel because they called hours before our check in to tell us they didn’t have a room.||We booked THREE DAYS in advance, through the ESA website itself (not via third party agency).||The issue I have is that no one at this hotel (or when we called Guest Relations and spoke with management) cared to make this right. They offered us a room at a different location at double the price, and wouldn’t budge on further accommodating us due to a mistake made on their end.||Extended Stay America, this practice is (borderline?) extortive and could set a legal precedent for hotel chains similar to what we’ve seen in traveler’s rights with booking flights. ||We could have easily found another more affo

Positive: Nothing Negative: It was so dirty and no where near worth the cost. It wasn't even worth paying $50 for.

My husband has respiratory problem, And I asked that too show me a different room because they smell was so strong, And she refused she says no longer available. She provide me Chlorous disinfectant spray, and I cannot use it because my husband issues. But when I check online, they have one available. I was so disappointment. Also, breakfast provide is so poor only coffee and muffin. Never die again is going to stay in this Hotel. I don’t know why the health departament don’t pass inspection

Front desk was nice but the entire place reeks of smoke! I could barely stand the smell of the inside. The hallways smell like smoke. The room next to us was smoking inside an it lingered into our room. Overpriced for the services provided. I won’t be returning which is sad. I moved hotels for the second night of my stay.
