Extended Stay America Suites- Kansas City - Lenexa - 87th St.

Kaleb has amazing service and is understanding unlike most hotel employees. The other employees here are also very nice and friendly! Makes the place feel like a home!

I was checked in, went to the room and it literally smelled like 5 people were standing in the room with me smoking. This is despite their posted no smoking policy. Even if people were fined for smoking in the room (as described) the money was certainly not spent on refreshing the room. I asked to be moved to another room I was told there were no other rooms within the property. Even after explaining that staying in the room would certainly trigger an asthma attack, I was told they could not move me. I checked out on the spot but was then told I would not be refunded for my less than 25min visit. Under no circumstances should you stay at this property. They don't follow their own policies and are more than happy to take your money and not provide a service.

Unfortunately the room had cob webs and didn’t really seem worth $500 a week. However there are no car alarms going off day and night like the Extended Stay that’s 2 miles down. Also the staff is just as nice during the day. We didn’t experience night staff at this location but that’s why we left the other.

Mia was beyond what I expected as for as customer service. She made my check in progress so awesome that I had to write this review. She needs a raise and 2 Weeks Paid Vacation!!! I’m definitely going to be sitting here from now on!!!
