Extended Stay America Suites- Great Falls - Missouri River

Motel was easy to get a room at, room wasn't very clean when I checked in. Recliner in room didn't work. Counter trim in kitchen area coming off. Cigarette burns on bathroom counter. Bathroom sink would drain slow to the point it had to be shut off while brushing your teeth to continue draining. Hot water took forever to get to the shower. I was staying on a week to week basis and my checkout time would of been sun by 11 am. I extended a week at a time on sat mornings while there. I was paid for my 3rd week to be out on Sunday by 11 again. I checked out at 830 am sat morning and was billed a additional $77 because there system said I didn't stay my full time. The entire 3rd floor smelled like Marijuana the majority of my stay. Noisy doors and people all around. I would not recommend to any

Amazing staff , spacious and clean rooms. Its a wonderful place to stay and is the top of our list for experience wise. Also the area is absolutely Gorgeous as well. Like it doesn't get better than this. Not to mention affordable. You stay here and you won't be disappointed. Thanks to the GM and staff. Yall are fantastic.

Positive: We stay at this hotel often. Negative: There were a few housekeeping issues, but not enough to complain about really, normally it's perfect

My Husband and I really enjoyed are stay. The Rooms are very clean and the front desk are so friendly. Bailey at the front is so awesome. She went above and beyond to help us fix are reservation and also brought us a fridge cause the we had in the room went out. 💯 ... Also MJ is very friendly and very helpful. Always smiling.

We promote this hotel to our visiting families and coworkers. The river front location is centrally located and offers a relazing view of the Missouri River. The full kitchens are great for those traveling with family or longer term visitors. I offer the five stars by polling our guests and working the front desk. I offer the 5 stars as Michael, Jen and the onsite staff strive to serve you well. I personally would only offer 3 stars when it is necessary to work with the online - corporate. They could do better.
