Extended Stay America Suites- Dallas - Greenville Ave.

The front desk staff was nice enough. Checked in and even though it looked like an older property, I wasn't mad. I've stayed at extended stay properties before and had a good experience. This was one that will make think twice about rebooking. Got to the room and the carpet was REALLY dirty. Should've been replaced YEARS ago. The room was so cold that I immediately went to the AC unit to find it on a cool 60 degrees. It's Texas, but it also is January. As soon as the heat came on I could smell why the AC was blasting. It smelled like someone had smoked in the room. The refrigerator was thankfully clean as was the bathroom. Went to bed and woke up to my niece saying Auntie, there's a bug on the wall! I was disrespected numerous times by the General Manager Keisha. She only has customer service skills when it comes to the guests that she likes. I always speak and she never speaks back. I stayed here for a few months and housekeeping didn't come as scheduled. If you want to spend your money and be disrespected and treated like a dollar sign by management instead of a human being, this is the place for you!!! If you want to smell dog urine, marijuana, and cigarette smoke all the time this is the place for you!!! If you want to be somewhere where upper management doesn’t treat people fairly, yes you guessed it, this is definitely the place for you!!! They mention that they have free breakfast but not really cause there is barely any.They are always running out of toilet paper and other sup

Positive: Nothing just needed something for a night Negative: The location, the smell in the room, no dishes to cook or eat off, price was to high for it not too have any amenities, real breakfast or a safe location.

Worst night of my life. Me and my husband book and check in we walk in and already like oh no the smell of mold and so many other disgusting smells. The shower taped together the ceiling clearly watered damaged beds don’t look or smell clean. When them decided to go get food and come back to figure out where we are going next turn the lights off come back the lights on and it’s just very suspicious there’s only one worker, we go to complain he brushes it off says he will go take a look instead of coming in the elevator with us proceeds to go up the stairs walking fast … we make it up there he’s then walking out from from our room we get our stuff and leave moms yiu can’t take our food because roaches on it already..🤦🏻‍♀️ don’t ever book here this needs to be shut down immediately‼️‼️‼️
