Extended Stay America Suites- Charlotte - University Place

My experience has amazing thus far. I’ve been here for going 2+ weeks, and would highly recommend it. The staff is friendly, patient, and super helpful. A special thank you to Nataleigh at the front desk for being especially nice, and very courteous. The housekeepers do a great job as well.

Positive: The front desk staff was very nice Negative: The dishes wasn’t in the rooms . When goi ask they don’t have enough to go around . Cigarette burns all over the bathtub and sink in the bathroom the closet shelves hanging off the walls with no doors on the front of them. Not a safe environment

Horrible hotel. The cleaning is the worst. There are many insects and cockroaches. The staff is very bad. They say that breakfast is included and they don't even have coffee cups. There are many homeless people. It smells horrible. I don't recommend it. It's the worst place you can choose to stay. The price is not worth it. They should close this place because I don't think it will pass inspection😡

I have been visiting friends here for a few months now. I had the opportunity of meeting Miss Nataleigh at the front desk when asking for tissue and tooth brushes. I think she was working night shift but i have been seeing her during the morning now. We always know when she's there because the breakfast table is always clean, and stocked. We started out rocky (Myfault) but she has been really great and attentive regardless of people attitudes and cussing at her. Kudos to you Nataleigh, you take on a lot and still manage to keep a smile.

At first it was ok place to stay because of the staff if very helpful. But if you want peace and quiet this definitely not the place! And the rooms look like everything’s falling apart. It definitely needs an upgrade for the whole hotel! Then there’s the roaches not to bad but they are crawling especially at night. Then they only want you to get room service and exchange of towels once a week! And the carpets and floors look nasty from other peoples pets, its a mess. The only good thing is the staff, but they dont work with any resources to help you pay for your room if you’re having a hard time at the moment! They will put you out no matter what even if you have kids without trying to come up with a solution.
