Extended Stay America Suites- Charlotte - Pineville - Park Rd.

I had a great experience staying at Extended Stay America. The room was clean, comfortable, and well set up for a longer stay. Having a full kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, and stovetop made a big difference and allowed me to feel settled rather than just passing through. The staff was welcoming, professional, and helpful whenever I needed assistance. Check-in was smooth, and any questions I had were handled quickly and kindly. The hotel was quiet, well-maintained, and felt safe, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I just wanted to say that I had to check into the extended stay because the hotel where I was staying was overbooked and I couldn't get in, so I had to move all of my things in a short amount of time. I stopped into the extended stay on Park Road with charity and Sasha and when I tell you they were amazing, they are the best! They were warm they were caring and they were concerned, they treated me like a human being, and made sure that my family and I were taking care of and I am so very thankful. I currently am in transitional housing, and they did not make me feel bad about that and they offered solutions as well. Positive: "" Negative: They could not find my reservation, changed it to two beds instead of the king size I reserved. I have a video of a cockroach in the bathroom sink. Shower looked like it had cigarette ashes in it and smelled like someone had smoked in there recently.

Never again. We had booked through Expedia for 3 nights, but the front desk messed up the check-in and charged our credit card again. Took us a week to get that sorted and get the refund. Each day was a different story as to why we were being forced to pay twice. They also deactivated the access keys. |All three rooms were very smelly ...we had to get room fresheners.|They listed the hotel as "breakfast included," which is why we booked it. However, it's breakfast "on the go" with just bars, coffee, and muffins. Definitely not "breakfast included"!.|Think twice before booking.

Monica is amazing! She is so sweet and helpful! I love this location because the staff is so polite friendly. My kids and I are staying here temporarily until we find permanent housing which is stressful I'm itself but Extended Stay has helped to make the transition so much smoother. Thank you!!
