Extended Stay America Suites- Charleston - Mt. Pleasant

Management and staffing were very nice. Hotel is a little older, but they were working on updates. Cheap and affordable. Breakfast bar was essentially coffee, muffins, nitration bars, and a pack of oatmeal. “Interesting” people that stayed there. The people in the room next to me were arguing a fair amount into the night and early morning hours. Management was notified and addressed the issue. I saw one small roach in my bathroom. Management was notified and addressed that issue as well.

This extended stay was honestly the cleanest and most quiet one I’ve been to and I’ve frequented esa a lot. I will definitely be back for another visit. Kara at the desk was helpful and friendly and left me with a memorable experience here in Charleston 💕

A literal Roach Hotel they claim they had a exterminator to come in. If that's true , he did a bad job. They were climbing on our luggage. Booked two night's here. Corporate will be hearing about this! Not to mention the smell of the room, very unclean could not stay here booked elsewhere. Open the fridge door there was a roach in there. I will never be staying in any extended stay again. No refund either.

When we first entered the room it smelled of cheap and offensive cleaning products. Room size and cleanliness were OK. The PROBLEM was the structure. First morning early 6:30 the room above us sounded like someone was marching, stompimping continuously. Finally after an hour I went to the front desk as she said she would contact them. The stomping did not stop. I went back out and was told no one answered the phone. But she said she would follow up on it. It finally stopped between 8;30 and 9. Ok 2nd night same thing but now it sounded like a wrestling match with bull riding. Front desk again was very nice. Called the room. Spoke with the occupant. He told her it was the dog and he would get it up on the bed. But she said because it was a dog issue she had no control over it!!!!! I

We have NO HOT WATER at Extended Stay on Wingo Way in .Mt|Pleasant SC and haven't had any. now for days. They keep saying they have "put in an order". It is Jan. 4th and we checked in on Dec.11th, 2025.|If you like an ice cold shower with no help in sight then stay here!
