Extended Stay America Suites- Buffalo - Airport

A buddy of mine and I were in Buffalo for the final game to be held at Highmark Stadium and this hotel was booked. It's only a two minute drive to the airport and there are a lot of businesses around it. It's also a short drive to the last remaining mall in the Buffalo area, the Walden Galleria. So for location it's fairly close to everything. ||The stay was also fairly quiet. There wasn't a lot of activity that we could hear going on and the bed was comfortable. ||However, I wish breakfast offered a whole lot more. Each morning we were there we saw nothing but fruit bars and coffee. Maybe the expected people to cook in their rooms a bit more but it also would have been nice had we not had to ask for cookware, utensils, plates and other amenities. Service was terrible, there was no toiletries, no remote for the TV. The pool was closed with no clear reasoning, the grab and go breakfast was a basket of tiny muffins and instant grits. I had to complain multiple times over the noise from the neighbors. Constantly woken up at 7 am by people jumping and being completely inconsiderate. The front desk didn't care to talk to anyone. The rooms themselves were nice but they weren't very clean and had absolutely nothing they were supposed to provide for a suite besides the large fridge. When asked for something the front desk never had anything available. Call ahead to make sure all amenities are available and functioning. There's also no vending machines only ice. Will not be staying again.

Positive: It was very close. Negative: No compliments of small bottles of shampoo/conditioner in the hotel.

We stayed in room #144. Room was in need of a good clean. Urine stains on the toilet and the tub was gross. My 7yo found marijuana gummies in the fridge from the last person who stayed in our room. Water damage in the bathroom and the tub looks filthy not to mention so slippery it's a lawsuit waiting to happen. The entire building could use a good clean. Outside is dark and there is always someone outside smoking or lurking in the parking lot. We stayed 3 nights and all three nights someone was slamming doors all hours of the night or screaming. Stay away, I travel a lot for work, this is the worst place in that I've stayed at in years. It all started when I walked in to the aroma of a blend of Pot and Curry. After 10 minutes of waiting someone finally came out of kitchen, only to find out they had no such reservation which I paid for through a 3rd party booking. Its 1 am so I paid for a room again at $140 a night. This still needs to be resolved whether its a booking.com issue or this hotel, I'm leaning to the latter judging by reading the other comments on here.
