Extended Stay America Suites- Bristol

They were very accommodating both times we stayed there for extended periods due to work. The rooms were clean and spacious and we had privacy. All of the employees were so kind and helpful especially Claudia, Sandra, April. I would most definitely recommend this hotel for anyone travelling!

The service Sandra gave me at check in was amazing, she went above and beyond for me. The hotel entrance was very clean and inviting. Wasn't sure how the room would be since it says it's a two star. But it was by far one the cleanest ones we have stayed in for such a good rate for the night. The manager that morning when I checked out was very pleasant and we most definitely will stay again.

I just want to say that my experience here at extended days in Bristol Virginia was excellent. I have no complaints whatsoever clean rooms and hot showers and a great complementary breakfast. Billy the check-in dude was very helpful last night. Give him five stars for friendliness in public service and also Claudia this morning at checkout was so helpful so I want to give her five stars for a friendliness in public service. Also, I just want to think extended stay for such a great stay.

Positive: Location and price Negative: They were not especially helpful in booking or service.. ok. The room had a strange smell at first- lights were burned out and water was dripping..

Paradise for smokers even it's a non-smoking building. There were smokers at the front door, the hallway, and stairs in the building, not even outside the building. The front desk is in a another building so that it's not possible to know what happened. If you are sensitive to the smoking smell and have children, I strongly recommend to not stay here. Room: 2/5 (good size, big refrigerator, sink, small induction: positive, bed: easily moving, bathroom: old-fashioned, towel: dirty-found the hair and dirts, solid soap: bad- draggy afterfeel/looked like used one) Location: 5/5 (close from the highway, located in the hill - safe)
