Courtyard by Marriott Bristol

There is a rat in the hotel for two months or so and nothing's been done, they are making us pay $65 for their own mistake of putting the deposit on a card that's closed. There has been issues since the new guy was hired of getting my card renewed. Always in the backroom on the couch and pretending not to be there and if he's not on the couch he's moving around so he didn't have to do something that takes 5 seconds. Although most of the people there that work there are amazing people that do their job the hotel is trying to cash grab all they can. There's been times that people in the hotel blast music as loud as possible and nothing's done about it, from 8 pm to even 1 am in the morning.

Positive: "" Negative: Lobby was dirty, men hanging around lobby, long line , police looking for someone in lobby, front desk would not cancel my reservation I made 30 min to seeing this hotel. Near highway. Pool was dirty. Did not stay we ended up leaving.

The staff was really friendly, the front reception area was clean and well taken care of. The room was a little worn, some small trim pieces on the counter were broken off, while others had signs of wear. Thes room was very clean and had no unusual orders or heavy fragrances. The room seemed a little more spacious than other hotels I have stayed at. Breakfast is not included with the room, so be sure to take that into consideration before making the reservation.

Easy to book on hotels.com. Ample parking and the friendliest staff around. Room was ready and clean. Pool was a little chilly but that didn’t stop my kid. The barista made a mean hot chocolate for my kiddo and even gave him a coloring book. Would definitely return.

Great location, close to restuarants, theater, and shops off 81, not too far from the casino Room was clean, only complaint was the bed was facing the window and to watch TV, we had to turn it...so we couldn't see some of the screen. Staff was friendly and helpful. Kinda bummed the pool was down for maintenance. Would stay here again for location.
