⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol Great experience from start to finish. The casino floor was clean, energetic, and well organized, with a good mix of slots that kept things fun without feeling overwhelming. Staff throughout the property were friendly, helpful, and professional. The food was a pleasant surprise — everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and nicely presented. Service was quick and attentive without feeling rushed. The overall vibe really stood out: modern, lively, and true to the Hard Rock feel. Whether you’re there to play, eat, or just enjoy the atmosphere, it’s a solid spot to spend a few hours (or more). Definitely worth the visit. We’ll be back.

This is a casino hotel. If you want a quiet resort this is not the place for you. I found the hotel very nice. Our room was great and we had a view of the snow-capped Blue Ridge Mountains. There were restaurants in the hotel/casino to fit most budgets. We found the bar tenders in the Center Bar to be knowledgable about cocktails and they were friendly.

This review is regarding the YOUYU restaurant and the hotel, not the casino. The casino was terrible. Our dining experience at YOUYU was fantastic. Our waiter was fabulous (Brian) and the food was excellent. We stayed for 2 nights and the hotel is nice. Gambling was awful. Despite the fact that we came out ahead, whole system is terrible. We had bad experiences as we witnessed dealer errors being made at the blackjack tables and an icon level patron having to give money back that he won. We also experienced waiting at the tables for calls to be made and management to show up when people won money wasting our time at tables. We won’t be back. We traveled from FL to check out Bristol HardRock. We typically gamble at Tampa HardRock. It is excellent there. Don’t waste your time gambling in B

Myself and my wife at the Sunday brunch and arrived at 10:30 am. We started with a omlei that was good. I wanted the sirloin steak but it was medium cooked . I asked for medium rare but was told they could not do that. Well That was a big disappointmen! Then went to the fruit station The strawberries were bitter.\nWatermelon was not sweet whatsoever.It was bitter too tasted , like rhine. So I tried the Brown apple red pudding , and it was real good. Then I tried the French toast, and it was okay at best period they've been sitting there for an hour, at least because that's how long we were there and they had not made any new the same way with the pancakes that my wife had the pancakes were old And not very good. Overall of the meal was mediocre at best. That's the reason why I give it a 2

I was here over the holidays visiting family and had the pleasure of meeting Katey at the Center Bar. She was very pleasant and always had a smile on her face even though it was quite busy. The drinks were good, not too strong not too weak. I don't know how long she's been a bartender there, but you definitely need more folks like her! The food was good as well. A lil pricey, but if youre going to eat out, you pay for what you get. I'm not much of a gambler but I had fun at the quarter slots. The gambling floor was nice and clean and the servers there were all very pleasant to deal with as well. Would definitely come back and visit soon!
