The Bristol Hotel

The hotel is a beautifully repurposed 100 year old office building. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The lobby is welcoming. Vivian’s Table serves delicious food. There’s even a great rooftop lounge overlooking the city. Its location next to the Birthplace of Country Music Museum makes it a great place to stay when visiting Bristol.

We were tired and hungry when we arrived and were so happy to be greeted by such a friendly staff. We took our luggage to the room and went downstairs to see if we could still get into Vivian’sTable for a late dinner (we had earlier reservations that I cancelled as we were running so late). Again, the staff was so friendly and seated us right away. Dinner was fabulous!!!! The room was appointed nicely and was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom design was well done. We had breakfast the next morning at Vivian’s Table and again everything was delicious. This place is a hidden gem and we will definitely return.

Staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. This was my fourth or fifth visit to The Bristol Hotel, and I will continue to visit this great hotel! A highlight is always visiting the Lumac rooftop bar. Nice views. Great ambiance. Good drink and food. Although I did not enjoy Vivian’s table on this trip, I have eaten there several times and can highly recommend that as well.

This is the fourth time we, my wife and I , have stayed at the Bristol Hotel. We like staying there, it reminds you of the days of "The Grand Old Hotels". All of the employees we have dealt with are courteous and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We love going to the rooftop Bar in the evening for a drink (the Bloody Mary is spot on). You can also order food while at the Bar. The town of Bristol is perfect for a weekend getaway. Take time to explore the town and surrounding area. P.S. While staying at the Bristol walk down to the Blackbird Bakery for coffee and one of their pastries, you won't be disappointed.
