Fantastic experience! Best price per stay duration in the area! Free grab-n-go breakfast, full amenities, free parking, variety of options, local scene provides sustainability, 30 mins roughly from major Airport. Friendly, ethical, professional staff with compassion and heart. Flexible options fir early checkout. Very affordable compared to anything else in the area outside a private room with a buddy, if you are so blessed :)

Probably the most unhelpful and rude staff. They overbooked the hotel and provided 0 help with directing me to a different place to stay. Basically said we have nothing for you and cannot help you in any way. Not even a courtsey free night or coupon to make up for something they intentionally did. Now I'm without a place to sleep the next 4 nights and looking to book places 80+ dollars more expensive. What are reservations for if there is no way to actually confirm your room? This is a place to shower and sleep at night but definitely a last resort for a peaceful and nice place to sleep.

We had booked 4 rooms for 2 nights. The rooms were pathetic for the price we paid. In particular for my room, i guess it was 153 the toilet was clogged. No housekeeping staff. The lady at the reception expressed helplessness !! One housekeeping staff arrived in the morning and told me to flush/drain out the toilet (and gave me the declogger!) saying that it was not her job. At 7 am in the morning there was no coffee/Tea bags in the breakfast room. No muffins either. In some rooms there was a note that their room was going to be fumigated during the day. Overall a pathetic experience. We had booked for 2 nights but decided to keep it only for 1 night and left.

This place needs serious attention. We walked into a smelling room and a dirty barroom. There were spots in the bathtub which we thought were permanent marks but vanished after we took a shower.The booking said a Fully-equipped kitchen with full-size refrigerator, stovetop and microwave. Sadly, there was not even a cup, spoon or Plate in the So called Fully-equipped kitchen. Absolutely nothing. When we called the front desk, we were told they do not have more kitchen items as it's a first come first serve basis availability.We left the hotel the following morning and booked into another hotel. Never again

I was staying here on a healthcare assignment, says it’s non smoking but smells like cigarettes, fighting couples in the halls, slamming doors, damaged rooms, mold on ceilings, etc. Whatever, it’s cheap, I want to save money, I can deal with it. However, the cherry on top for me was me reserving my room weeks prior and showing up and then saying they overbooked and they had no room for me. Ira (front desk) just stares at me and I’m thinking it’s a joke? What is a reservation good for if not to RESERVE your room? Doesn’t offer to call sister properties, doesn’t apologize, just stares at me like I should be fine with this and move on from the fact that it was 9pm and I had no where to go.
