If you value honesty, STAY AWAY! They told me at check in that I didnt have to tell them when my friend and her dog arrived since they wouldn't be staying the whole time. The next to last day my friend went to pay for another night, and even though I had been told 1) only cash reservations required a $100 deposit and I then had booked online after the first cash night and they REFUSED to give me my $100 cash back, so that was a lie 2) the man came to the room and demanded $30 for the dog the last night, which I gave him because it made me nervous that he angrily came to the room. I asked about the deposit and he said I'd get "most of it" back. I told him he should take that up with the employee that told me the wrong thing. Then he said "ok" but only gave me back half the next day so took

Keys didn't work at first. Once in the room, the carpet was so dirty we had to change rooms. The second was much better but ironing board was broken, they only gave my husband and I only 3, not 4 pillows in our 2 person room, the remote control didn't work and we didn't get a forth pillow until the next day.

The only thing that made my stay bearable was the location. I had no problem cleaning the room. The price wouldn’t have been bad had I not had to purchase my own sheets, clean the room myself, and shlup up two flights of stairs with luggage and groceries all while using a cane. Next time I take a company trip, I’ll be sure to make my own reservation!

Positive: Location Negative: The hotel was roaches infested and the key to my room lost connectivity 3 times during my stay. The key also didn't open the side entries for quicker access to my room I constantly had to go through the main entrance.

I purchased this room as a temporary stay until my place was ready. I had been here before in the past but now the place has went through some wear and tear throughout the years. The furniture was doable but had tears on the chairs and scratches on the tables. First let me say that when I first arrived I noticed that the latch was missing from the inside of the door. That was a huge red flag for me and I immediately purchased a lock for the handle incase there was some ill intent behind the matter. When I mentioned it to the front desk, a woman that lived there asked me was I a travel nurse (guessing because I had on scrub pants).
