Checked in a 6:30 Friday...room counter had cup rings and dirt. Floors kitchen and carpet were dirty and bed linens had specs of dirt, musty and mildewy smell. I was moved to a second room on the 3rd floor. Boots prunts were on the floor, counter was dirty and a ring of dirt was in the tub. The attendant stated he was the only one here but could come to clean it after he got off work at 11. I had been driving all day so I told him to give me the cleaning supplies so I would clean then finally could shower and sleep. I spent 40 minutes cleaning the room finishing with removing the dirt ring from the tub. The handle to turn on the water did not work...was dangling loose. The attendant offered a room on the first floor. Again, black dusty dirt on the headboard, floor dirty, lampshades dirty.
Joseph at the front desk was very friendly. |Elevators were not working and Joseph informed us that we had to take the stairs to the third floor because they were no available rooms on the first and second floor. Our key cards are not working very well so we had a hard time getting into our room. Once we were able to get into our room we found the shower curtain laying on the bathroom floor. The one bed lamp was not working.
Price gets this place 2 stars, though if I knew what I was walking into, I would definitely have forked down more for something decent. First impression was me walking into this place as a lady was complaining to the front desk about something biting her lip (could be she was just fishing for free whatever), and a guy turning in a hypodermic needle he found on the stairs. The place was definitely very moldy smelling, and the rooms didn't smell much better (I left the windows open while I was gone which helped) One of my biggest issues was that I booked through Super.com (also don't recommend them), and extended stay told me over the phone I could check in early. Got a Lyft over and then another employee told me that the other girl was mistaken and they can't do it with third party. Fi
Very friendly and responsive when it comes to issues. My room was clean and cozy for me when I arrived. They also have complimentary coffee and muffins to accommodate your stay. The manager is Top tier and very respectful to customers. She made me feel welcomed when I arrived. I love her energy.
Anna was very Professional and polite. She also went above and beyond with excellent service, she said that even though the room is supposed to be ready she went up and checked to make sure that the room was clean and ready for me. I wish this survey had 10 stars as an option because Anna is Excellent at her job and and it shows in her service, professionalism and great attitude.
