I cannot say enough good things about Anthony at the front desk. From the moment I arrived — even though it was late — he went above and beyond to make sure I was completely taken care of. I’m staying here for a week, so first impressions really matter, and he made mine absolutely exceptional. Instead of rushing through the check-in process, he took the time to personally show me around and make sure I felt comfortable and welcomed. He helped me get change for the laundry without hesitation, which was such a huge help after a long day. On top of that, he even made sure I had everything I needed to cook, which truly showed how attentive and thoughtful he is. Anthony didn’t just do the basics — he exceeded expectations. Positive: Nothing Negative: Come into room unannounced demanding me leave and calling police on me because you said I was smoking in room. I don't smoke I vape and what they seen was shower smoke. So they kicked me out on assumption not facts.

I have stayed at this hotel for some time and have had impeccable customer service. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and treats everyone as a Guest rather than a Customer. Front desk staff always goes above and beyond, to help and accommodate any unforeseen issues that may pop up. My deep thanks to Pam, Charmaine, Cassie and the rest of the Team for all that they do! I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay!

I emailed the General Manager of a concern about about being charged $25 and after taxes should not be $28.50 for the last 14 days. Per Extended Stay Policy after 6 days of reservation(s) that pet fee is $10 not to exceed $15. All I wanted was to have what was owed applied to my next 2 day reservation. Me as a Business Owner I believe that yelling at a Guest is very unprofessional and shows lack of leadership in front her staff. At 11:30 a.m. I was told that I have 20 minutes to vacate property, after I made a reservation for 2 more days. I asked her did she receive me email about my concern, she responded no I did not.
