Extended Stay America Select Suites- Springfield - South

Upon arriving late evening, I quickly noticed the amount of people hanging out in the parking lot. Music blaring from their vehicles. Walking into the hotel, there is an awful smell that I can’t pinpoint. Once I check in, I check the room out before I brought any of my personal items into the hotel. The bathroom was so filthy, brown colored filth covered the toilet. The floor was sticky. I go back to front desk, ask for a different room and tell her why. She apologizes and gives me another room. The second room, was at least visibly clean. As clean as it could be. The rooms are very dated, and the carpets have been through it! They definitely need replaced. The room at least had hot water, and the pressure was not the worst. The beds are decent. The smell that fills the rooms and the halls

Excellent customer service, rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff is well informed, friendly 😉. Good prices. Great for local shopping.

Positive: Nothing Negative: Everything. Room wasn?t ready. Water on the floor from fridge. Fridge was unplugged. Bed was uncomfortable. No breakfast. No shampoo or cream rinse. Got locked out of building during a rainstorm. Locked out of my room.

The entire staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. The room was nice and it was clean. We truly enjoyed our month long stay. Thank you all so very much for your kindness and hospitality. God bless you! Here are a couple pictures of crafts I got to make while we were there.

In a Great location staff is amazing. Place is very clean and neat. Great service if you need anything they are here to help for the duration of ur stay. Couldn't ask for better stay I've been here a month it's nice and peaceful.
