The staff has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. Everyone is welcoming, professional, and always willing to help. The General Manager, Shelby, truly stands out — she is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and informative, and she takes the time to make sure all questions and concerns are addressed. Her leadership and positive attitude genuinely make me want to continue renewing. The location itself is consistently clean, well-maintained, and organized. I have never had any complaints, and the overall environment is always comfortable and inviting. I highly recommend this location and greatly appreciate the care and effort the entire team puts into their work.

You do better going to your local hotel for service. First, pull off all sheets and look at the mattress then return to the office to ask for a refund. For all the money you pay weekly. You received no daily housekeeping, and they only provide clean sheets on the 14th day for free. If needed before hand it's a charge. It's a charge for use of phone, extra tissue paper, and even a charge for the decent Wifi. It's 4 dollars for the washer and dryer.. The vending machine prices are diabolical. The key cards always mess up so it's a constant walk to the office just to get back in. This place should be investigated by the code enforcement asap.

Positive: The customer service experience was poor; however, the manager did what was needed to make it the experience better Negative: Checking into the hotel was a bad experience. The lady who worked overnight was rude, dressed in her night clothes, and had a rag covering her face. She did not want to call her manager to help. The toilet didn't work and the night person did not fix it

First thing I want to say is that the manager, Shelby, is absolutely AMAZING! She always goes above and beyond for her guests. From the moment I arrived, she made sure everything was perfect and that I felt completely at home. You can truly tell she takes pride in what she does — her professionalism, kindness, and positive energy shine through in every interaction. One thing that really stood out to me is how considerate she is about her guests’ comfort and well-being. I can’t be around cigarette smoke, and Shelby always makes sure no one is smoking near the entrance, which I truly appreciate. From day 1 of my stay, I’ve always felt Welcomed, Safe, and treated with respect. The staff is always willing to help and friendly. From the lobby to the hallways , all common areas are kept clean/neat. They really go above and beyond! From Booking to Extending…the staff is always knowledgeable and on top of rate/policy changes/updates and make sure those changes are known .This is also a very pet friendly /kid friendly place to stay ..I’m am so happy to be able to share this experience!
