Extended Stay America Select Suites- Austin - Round Rock

I would give this a 4.5 if I could but a 4 is good for me. I spent alot of time on the road and I try to stay at extended stays as much as I can. This is one of those with the better room but definitely not the biggest. It has a full size fridge with a kitchenette and a microwave. Stayed here for 7+ months and really haven't needed to go anywhere else. Location is great and I haven't had any issues with guests. One caveat is the cleaning service is hit or miss but I clean my own room, but I would just like the bed made up every once and awhile but it definitely isn't a deal breaker for me. Shower pressure is good and kitchen sink is hot for washing dishes. Over all, 4.5 for me but I had to give it a 4 since the .5 isn't on here.

I'm a long-term stay Customer. I am of age and get around kind of slow, but able to get around on my own. Your employees are magnificent they are compassionate and patient with me. I'm oxygen dependent so they have offered to take my trash out. Ms. Cheletha is the number one person that I would like to say is your best asset. She is kind and thoughtful and very patient. She has been wonderful to my children as they come by to check on me. I feel that that is above and beyond her job duties. I had some packages delivered to the office and she brought them to me. One day I was having problems with my oxygen concentrator had to call the oxygen company and they had to come several different times and she had to let them in each time but she never seem to be irritated with it all with me and fo

Positive: Staff was very polite. Negative: The room smelled like smoke. The room was very dated. Stainless steel was tarnished. You have to pay for EVERYTHING including toilet tissue if you need extra. Sealant/caulk is peeling all through the room making it easy for pests. Wouldn?t recommend l

First, the floors of these rooms are grossly, filthy dirty. 30 seconds of walking around barefoot and it looks like u been walking barefoot in dirt. Most importantly, the service here was horrible. We called ahead for a late check in and they confirmed but after arriving and calling every number we could find, 1 hour later the night shift girl came down. She said that since it was past midnight it showed our reservation was a no show. It took her maybe 30mins-1hour just to be able to get us in whatever available rooms they had for the night and switch us tomorrow. One of us had to sleep on the floor because there’s only one bed and 3 of us. The next day we checked in 3 times and they said our new room would be ready soon each time and we never got that new room so we had to squeeze us in t

Such a nice place to stay with a set of courteous staff who are ready to assist with a variety of issues. I spent 39 days here and it was amazingly peaceful and clean. A lot of parking lots for my car, decent bathroom space. You can cook your meal if you like. I certainly would recommend it to anyone who is interested.
