Extended Stay America Premier Suites- Austin - Austin Airport

Keetla at the front desk has been super friendly from the start of my stay. Very happy to answer any and all of my questions. Very nice to deal with someone like her, always smiling and happy with how the world is these days and how people seem to be bothered when doing their jobs. Room has been great as well. Super clean and comfortable bed. Will definitely be staying here again in the future when in town for work.

This has been one the best hotels I have stayed at in a while! Every interaction I had was super pleasant. The staff was phenomenal, all the way up to the General Manager Mrs. Austin! She is the best and so is her staff. The hotel is clean, and very pleasant for sleeping. I will definitely be back!!

Positive: Clean, fast check in, good service. Negative: Forget the breakfast. I had 3 boys in two rooms (high school) and I went for what was called "breakfast included." Forget that. It's a bunch of packaged and chemical muffins in plastic and "bars" in plastic. This is not breakfast.

It's actually very quiet and comfortable, far exceeding my expectations. The laundry facilities are quite accommodating. The only improvement I would suggest is making the gym a little larger.

Keetla was very sweet and made My check-in process smooth! She was able to check me in despite a small issue I had while still staying within the hotels policies. Rooms were also clean, modern, and stylish. (:
