Excel Inn & Suites

This place is horrible, I would not recommend this place to anyone. There was a red stain on the ceiling, spider webs above the bed, Dust all over the headboard. No ice in the ice machines. That is the second room we had after the shower broke in the first room. There are broken down cars in the parking lot one has a boot on the front tire. It was a horrible experience. If I could give it negative stars I would. It's obvious the owners do not care about the customer or have any pride in the property.

This is a small "mom & pop" business where the management is involved with keeping the property clean & quiet every day. The newly renovated rooms are as nice as a $300+ a night room but at a very fair price. If you need to stay on 17 you can't do better !

Really rude staff. I have seizures and they were not accommodating when I had them They wanted to have me get up from my bed while I was having a 4 day seizure so they could change the bed. They locked us out of our room when we left to go to SSA and I was having a really bad seizure. They made my husband pay 100$ to get them to let us in the room

Ms. Loretta at check in was a pleasure with her customer service and care for the guests. Rooms are nice, clean, and equipped with fridge and microwave. Within walking distance of a Wendy's, waffle House, and gas station. Reasonably priced and very quiet atmosphere.

Super Nice!!! For the price. .Mike at night ck in/ very accomodating.. We just needed a reasonably place for one night passing through..Clean, tidy, sheets bedspreads clean, fridge microwave..fresh paint, etc..( I'm picky BTW..He let me view the room first, a must for me ...Safe area, lots of great restaurants nearby..passing through , overnight, on business.. I diffently recommend this quaint hotel...:) 👍
