Evolve Vacation Rentals

Will never stay at a Evolve vacation rental again. We were greeted with overflowing trash cans at the curb and another full trash can by the house. Toilet seat in master bath was loose and a family member was almost injured. The backyard was not mowed and backyard furniture was still covered up from the off season (stay was June in Florida). I left a 3 star review and communicated with Evolve. To top it off Evolve had my 3 star review taken down.

My fiance and I and our daughter stayed at a home in Maggie Valley, NC. Very well taken care of. Property manager was Excellent. We come every year. We will definitely use this property management for next year vacation. We stayed at 64 Hasty Drive in Maggie Valley

Buyer Beware!! Evolve rentals is a bait and switch. They will charge you BS fees after you’ve already paid everything upfront like it states on the website. They will charge your card when you tell them not to. I will never use or recommend their services to anyone and also I am taking them to small claims court. The property we stayed on was nice, the company is garbage.

Evolve promised all money back if they didn’t increase my revenues; they tried to increase it by making my home into a zoo, they advertised it as pet friendly. Pets destroyed my furniture and baseboards with dogs and cats; their insurance didn’t cover anything. At the end they didn’t refund any money; totally rip off Finally they ended up charging my credit card for a reservation that I had to cancel because I decided to rent my home long term, never use them again :(

After charging our credit card for the full rental, Evolve canceled the reservation on the day of check-in - and customer service was unwilling to help us. They basically left us stranded and couldn’t care less. This company is unethical and lies to customers. If you have time and money to burn, give them a try. Otherwise look to more reputable companies for vacation rentals.
