Hidden Stills RV Campground - Smoky Mountains Tennessee

What a glorious weekend in CosbyTN! Our hosts at Hidden Stills Camping Resort were gracious and run a clean campground. |The bath house is super clean all day long. The sites are large and ours had the added benefit of having the creek. What a delight to wake up to the sounds of it each morning. |We felt close enough to city life but loved the quiet of the countryside. |They also seem to be doing continuous maintenance - which is excellent!

When we arrived, Brandon greeted us and took us to our campsite. The entire campground has been created with great care and is clean and well kept. We didn't take part in the communal area where there were fire pits and seating along with axe throwing, corn hole, horseshoes and disc golf, but it looked fun! Perfect location and wonderful owner and manager! We can't wait to return!

Great location but terrible hosting. Also, no bathrooms available in winter and only one facility in the entire 5 acres that is locked with code. No playground for kids. Minimal signage for anything except firewood and chickens. Me and my Mom came here December 26th 2025 late at night. Couldn't find the bathroom, had to go on their website to find the map, only to find the facilities locked. Small signage for the bathroom, but plenty of signs for purchasing firewood. Anyway, woke up the next morning, camp host didn't bother to come by and say hello despite us being new guests. Then we went to use the bathrooms again to find them locked, again. Not only are they locked but the camp host told us via text message that they close their bathrooms and showers for the winter. Again, no signage,

I'm kind of hesitant to tell you how nice this place is so it won't be full when we want to visit again! We gathered with a few friends in our vintage campers for our first trip here. Absolutely immaculate grounds, bathrooms and showers! The owner visited and made sure we were all set, super guy. If you love peaceful surroundings, dark night skies, rippling streams, beautiful rock work, large sites, being near, but not in, Gatlinburg, Newport, or Pigeon Forge and great walking trails, this place is for you!

Hidden Stills RV is a beautifully designed campground that blends comfort, nature, and community. Every detail feels well thought out, from the quality amenities to the welcoming events that bring guests together. We’ve thoroughly enjoyed our stay and love the peaceful creeks, scenic walking trails, cozy fire pits, and spacious picnic areas. The large, open sites offer both privacy and comfort, and the pet-friendly atmosphere makes it easy to feel at home. Stan, the owner, and Brandon, the camp manager, go above and beyond to ensure the grounds are clean, well maintained, and organized. Their friendliness and attention to detail truly make Hidden Stills RV Campground stand out above the rest!
