Embassy Suites Garage Entrance, Portland, OR

Horrible parking garage horrible staff. To bad the old Multnomah Hotel is beautiful but the staff in it now literally downgraded us upon arrival. I didn't catch it until too late. I'll never go back. The pool was very murky and once there were kids in it it was very loud. They didn't stock the pool with enough towels. The hot tub was not filled with water. The workout room is just one elliptical. The neighborhood is rough many homeless people. The lines are long. The check in line is long, the line at the bar is long the lines at breakfast is long. The only large elevator is the service elevator so guests are constantly waiting for elevators and they are small so they are really crowded. Every car I saw parking in the garage had to back and fill, some many times.

Not actually owned by the Embassy suites, and apparently not even open for business?!
