Embassy Suites by Hilton Winston Salem

Hotel was very nice and clean. Hotel staff service was unbelievably great. The front desk staff chased down our DoorDash driver. Staff members are super friendly and greet you. The breakfast area staff were phenomenal. I have never experienced such a pleasant hotel breakfast area. Chef Brax was very kind and his omelettes were delicious! One of the best I’ve ever had. Just an overall great stay and would definitely stay here again.

From when I called to book, to when we left, we had a good experience. I was glad we stayed here again. (We stayed last year and it was good because it snowed the weekend we were there and the tunnel directly to the conference center is great!) The breakfast they have in the morning is great. My girls and I love the waffles and I like the omelettes that are made to order. If you’re in Winston-Salem and need to stay downtown, this is the best place!

Positive: The location is right downtown in Winston Salem making it easy to walk to many attractions and restaurant. Negative: Was very disappointed with the snack offerings at the evening manager reception. Tortilla chips, pico de gallo, goldfish, and blueberry yogurt was the entirety of the table. This was the saddest presentation of snacks we have ever seen at an Embassy hotel

Outstanding Stay – Above and Beyond Service I truly can’t say enough positive things about our stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Winston-Salem, NC. The hotel was extremely clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, and every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our trip didn’t go as planned — we were in town for the race at Bowman Gray Stadium, but we ended up getting snowed in and couldn’t make it. Even so, the hotel staff went out of their way to make sure the trip was still worthwhile for my father, my brother, and me. They made sure we had everything we needed during the storm and helped turn an unexpected situation into a memorable experience. This Embassy Suites was such a wonderful experience! The girl who checked me in (I forgot her name) was amazing! She upgraded my room because they did not have any rooms available of the type I selected. I was shocked that she gave me a 2 bed/bath suite on the TOP floor! Loved being able to leave the the curtains open to wake up with the sun rising over the city! Breakfast was also amazing and loved the coffee! Definitely recommend this place!
