Embassy Suites by Hilton Tampa Brandon

What stood out to me is the incredible food and bar service! I stayed here this past weekend and had a great experience. The woman who waited on us was very attentive and sweet. The salmon was amazing! The man who made the omelettes for breakfast did a fantastic job. Mason who assisted with food and bar service made us feel welcome from the first moment we sat down for dinner. He truly made a lasting impression. Every time we had the pleasure of interacting with Mason, he created such a kind and positive atmosphere for us and everyone around him. We had an unforgettable experience because of the wonderful staff!

Positive: When we arrived there was a major water shut down. Also, The housekeeper did not clean our room for the first day. I asked two times the front desk and no one showed up. When I return back at night I see the room was not cleaned and no towels. Negative: I asked two times to get towels and finally showed up after two hours.

I was attending a company training event that was catered. The ladies, Millie and Mia were both amazing. Very attentive and polite. I would strongly recommend coming here for business events

The worst Hilton property I ever stay at. This hotel is not a 3 star, it’s a 1. Red roof would be a better choice. Do not stay at this hotel. Rooms are terrible, first room I went to, a room in 265’s had a bad sewer smell, we asked to change it. We moved to to 577, and this room was better smelling but again not very good. Shower didn’t drain, no body soap in the shower, shower faucet would not stay in place, as in you turn it to a position then it will slowly move until the faucet turn to extremely hot. Carpet is terrible, chairs terrible, stains, don’t go here. Can’t lower the air conditioning past 70, a/c fan is extremely noisy. 2nd room issues 266 Toilet paper holder not attached to the wall. Shower plumbing falling out of the wall. Dust behind night stand terrible. Sewer smell also

People EMBASSY SUITES in TAMPA BRANDON is the outstanding Place to stay Matthew front Desk Manager checking in is very helpful. He answer any questions of helping people visiting places in Tampa. Another one of My favorite is Chef Mike Making the best Breakfast. Been seeing him for years. He been there 19 years. I watched the General manager Talking to a Customer for over 30 minutes helping them. Something I have never done when talking to a sales person. Matthew J Ambassador I booked a future trip to Hawaii staying At the Embassy suites Hilton. Other workers IVY-SHANI were very friendly. This is one ☝️ place to stay if you visit Tampa. Every worker is Excellent and very happy and helpful.
