Embassy Suites by Hilton Palm Desert

My recent stay at this establishment for a concert was an exceptional experience. The accommodations were impeccably maintained, and the property exuded a sense of tranquility and security. A particular highlight of my visit was the evening reception, featuring a delightful selection of cocktails and appetizers. For those desiring a more substantial meal, dinner options are available from the restaurant menu. The breakfast served in the dining area each morning was also of excellent quality. I highly recommend this location for any occasion.

I normally do not take time to write a review but I wanted to give a shoutout to Vanessa who was the front desk woman who had checked me in. I came in really late and was exhausted from my day and she was exceptionally kind, accommodating, informative, and patient. Starting my stay with such wonderful service set the whole thing up for success. The suite itself was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Affordable prices and love the convenience of breakfast in the morning and coffee/tea in my room. Overall really nice stay and easy in and out to get on the road to wherever you’re heading. Enjoyed my stay!

The location was excellent. Centrally located to all the greater Palm Springs area right on highway 111. The common areas were clean and free of any trash or debris. The pool and outdoor seating area was excellent and very comfortable. The two bedroom suite was roomy, clean and comfortable. The furnishing however was very dated and could use an upgrade but not a deal breaker. There was NO access to cable tv service or streaming sites, so all the channels were basic local channels. Thankfully we brought our Laptop and were able to stream movies etc that way. The draw backs mentioned would not exclude us from booking here again. The positives out weighed the negatives. Nice place, good location , good amenities.

I stayed at the Embassy Suites in Palm Desert on February 13, 2026, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The building is in serious need of re-renovation. I stayed on the second floor, and the noise from the room above me on the third floor was constant and disruptive. I could hear every movement — footsteps, furniture shifting, and especially every time the guest flushed the toilet. The sound of water running loudly through the pipes made it difficult to rest or relax. The condition of the room itself was also unacceptable for the price being charged. The furniture was torn and clearly outdated. Both the carpet and upholstery had visible stains, giving the entire room a worn and unclean appearance. This is an old hotel it's been here for a long time. I would say this is a great spot especially if you just want to go up and down El Paso. The rooms are in pretty good shape and a very good size. They have a decent breakfast for everyone who stays there need to order omelet. They have also a happy hour where they have snacks and a couple free drinks for hotel guests, and they do have food here to also. Everyone here was very nice very easy to talk to and get what you needed. Everything was pretty clean. If you go to the 5:30 reception hopefully you will get Seymour in the bartender is a lot of fun. The price is not too bad also but remember this is not a top tier hotel.
