Embassy Suites by Hilton Little Rock

After a cross country road trip, my husband and I were dog tired. I picked the Embassy here as it was across from a place I had chosen to eat. I'm completely happy. Room was super clean. It's got dated fixtures, but it's comfortable and I have zero complaints on the cleanliness. My tub looks great, beds are comfy, the fridge and microwave were great...love the layout. Embassy is awesome. The lobby was lovely and a popular + lively gathering place. My service dogs enjoyed how spacious this room was also! A few relief spots outside made for convenient breaks for them. I encountered several friendly staff members and the young lady sweeping by the front door was ON IT. A busy rainy evening, she was doing great keeping up on cleaning the lobby floor. I was so impressed by her. Taking one star

Stayed 3 nights attending an Arkansas state education course. The room, staff and location were excellent. There was a mixup with the shuttle service. which was initially irritating, however the GM and head chef Jarrell went above and beyond to rectify. Jarrell deserves a raise IMO! The staff at the small bar & grill were friendly, excellent service. Location was good-a Kobe Japanese restaurant and a Lenny’s subs was directly adjacent. Other restaurants and retail are nearby and within walking distance, but note those located across Markham street, that is a major thoroughfare, high traffic. Planet Fitness and other gyms are a short Uber away. The exercise gym was better than I expected, I wasn’t expecting world class machines but they did the job and bonus was a full dumbbell rack

Great customer services. Appreciated the free drinks and snacks in the evenings. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was the walls seemed thin. We could hear the conversation that the people next to us were having. They were just talking, no partying or fighting, but we could hear them like they were in the same room.||Nice hotel, I would stay again. The people that worked there were all very nice and provided great service.

Positive: Location, the complimentary drinks were good, but training staff made it very slow to get. Zero attention to detail! Negative: The front staff was rude, out room was musky and mildew odor. They brought in a spray, however, it made it worse. The breakfast cook over eggs mixed our orders with someone else and didn't understand over easy eggs verses scrambled.

Pleasantly surprised by the customer service. The staff was attentive, available and friendly. This was especially poignant because I had my German shepherd with me. Shoutout to the front desk agents at the hotel. Great job checking us in seamlessly and sense of the welcome. The hotel was clean, complementary breakfast wasn’t bad. You can tell the property aims to make the guests feel comfortable away from home etc. Location is amazing being at the heart of town. Easy access to many other hot spots.
