Embassy Suites by Hilton Dallas Near the Galleria

A very nice hotel, small, clean, and cozy. I've never encountered such friendly staff at an Embassy, ​​even though we often choose to stay at the Embassy for our travels. The women at the front desk and the bar were incredibly sweet and welcoming. Breakfast was, as usual, a good Embassy breakfast. They can make you an omelet and add whatever you want. The room is large, with a very nice, large fold-out sofa. The beds are soft and comfortable, and the pillows are very good, soft and comfortable. In room 224, our shower was broken. One negative I'd like to point out to the hotel management is that the pool is very unsightly; the water is completely dirty, and there's too much chlorine. So much so that even the towels are stained. As you know, this is very bad for your skin and overall health

Jorge in the kitchen is amazing! He was busting out those omelettes by himself and flawless at doing it. Great hotel. Checked in close to 7, gave us drink tickets but didn’t tell us so we went late and they were not valid. Communication about that could have been better. Slept wonderfully in a PURE room, was worried about sound but that was not even a factor. Close to everything by the galleria, Addison, etc.

The rooms are fantastic. We hosted family and the front desk arbitrarily upgraded grandmother to a SUITE! I was kind of jealous. She had a few rooms while I had a very nice King w my wife. However, one of the shining moments of my stay was the bartender ?Megan(hopelly the is correct)? I watched her serve drinks to at least 6 people in front of me who walked away without a tip and didnt blink an eye...unlike Vegas or NYC where people pause for a tip....this place is AWESOME for the FREE drink tickets and 5:30pm to 7pm snacks!!! She was very nice and sweet to everyone and didn't blink sooo professional amd kind. *IF I ever have to book family again it will be here! Snacks, adult beverages!!! GREAT ROOMS !! Clean rooms, proper service! And that girl at the bar ?Megan? ....I tipped her $100

Positive: Besides staff, my family and I enjoyed every bit of our stay! Negative: I can count a few staff that were very rude to me and my famiy. I was not aware of available amenties until last minute or not at all. The kitchen closed an hour or so early without notice. We felt like we were treated unfairly. Housekeeping slow to clean
