Embassy Suites by Hilton Dallas DFW Airport South

Right from arrival, it was obvious that real thought had gone into the experience. The reception team combined efficiency with genuine warmth, so check-in felt seamless and sincerely welcoming. The room was spotless and remarkably quiet, breakfast was modest but clearly prepared with care, and the tranquil surroundings made it easy to enjoy deep, restorative sleep. What stands out most, though, is the value. The level of comfort and attention far exceeds what the price suggests, which is exactly why this is a place I would readily recommend and gladly return to.

We paid extra for a balcony and it was the worst balcony ever. Views over the roofs filled with air con vents etc and a really big loud unit making so much noise you could not be out. |The water pressure from the shower and washbasin was very poor, but excellent to the kitchen area sink. Twice we were told they would look at this problem. |The room was a good size, staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was nice.

This is the WORST hotel that is have EVER stayed in. Even worse than the cheapest hotel that I stayed in during college over 40 years ago!! It was very outdated and very dirty!!!! We couldn’t even shower there it was so filthy nor did we feel like we could enjoy the complementary breakfast without getting sick!!! And we didn’t get any sleep!!!! I am shocked that Hilton allows their name to be associated with this hotel. I will never stay in another Hilton property again!!!!

The front desk staff is very friendly. They have a van that runs to and from the airport which is very helpful but it only runs once an a hour (at the top of every hour) its best that you call when you land so they know that you are there. The rooms are large! My first room 325 did not have a working AC. I let the front desk know and they moved me immediately, but unfortunately the tv in the new room, 324 didn't work. The happy hour drinks were nice and for complimentary snack it was salsa chips and a variety of melons. They had indoor hot tub and pool that was open and operable as well. Overall the stay was good.

The location is great for my work travel the hotel was clean and had friendly staff. My biggest issue was my bathroom it had no hot water in the sink you turn the dial and nothing. So I had to shave out at the wet bar area. The sink dripped all the time and would not stop. The shower rod was barely holding on to the wall so the curtain would not stay closed due to the angle of it. No tv remotes in the room worked the first night I got there. For an embassy suites I was expecting a little more.
