Customer Reviews
I recently stayed at Embassy Suites Austin Central and had a great overall experience. The hotel is very spacious, which makes it especially ideal for families or anyone traveling with children or a larger group. There’s plenty of room to spread out and feel comfortable. The standout of this property is truly the staff. From the front desk team to the restaurant staff during breakfast and happy hour, everyone was absolutely awesome friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The service really made the stay enjoyable and memorable. While the hotel is a bit outdated and could definitely use some refreshing and updates, the exceptional service more than makes up for it. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area, especially families or groups looking for space and top-notch
We stayed at the Embassy Suites Central Austin for a month while work was being done on our house. We enjoyed our stay so much we didn’t want to go back home. The room was spacious and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a highlight. The hot tub is spacious and actually hot. The breakfast is delicious and we especially loved the omelette station where they make omelette or eggs your way for you. The entire staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. We especially appreciated Mark, the assistant manager. He made sure that we were comfortable and taken care of our entire stay. We would highly recommend this hotel!
We liked the room very much because it was very comfortable and spacious. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast and the snacks, they hit the spot. We will definitely stay again if we have the chance and recommend it to friends and family.
This was an amazing experience. Yes, hotel is old but it's maintained well. I had a dual queen / sofa bed suite. It was basically two rooms with one bath. The bath was small but functional. The atrium was spacious and all the corridors were wide and open. The icing on the cake, it had nice indoor heated pool and hot tub and the hughe free breakfast. They even had a chef make the custom omelette for you. It was amazing. They had plenty of parking and it was free even though there were signs to pay by the App. While booking online they ask you to purchase the parking. I chose to not to pay. You can even park on the street along the hotel. The area was pretty safe.
The whole place is pretty dated. Was pretty quiet considering all the rooms open to the massive indoor courtyard area. Breakfast was ok. Website says made to order, but it's buffet with an omelette station. My air conditioner didn't work (never got below 73, although it was set to 68), and the toilet had to be flushed multiple times in order to work.
