This subdivision is very nice but the worse thing we could've done was turn the HOA powers over to the homeowners because it's been trash every since. I've lived here over 5yrs now we haven't had "one" HOA meeting in person, nothing have been done to enhance the community I've seen, and we're asked to elect members to boards nobody knows nor have ever met. Our HOA dues should be free lol
