Best Western Huntsville

The staff here are super friendly and welcoming with a smile. The rooms are in outstanding great shape. Thier prices are very reasonable. However I think their best feature is the people here. If you want a g we great room at a good price, then this is the place you want to go.

Positive: Staff was friendly, location were excellent Negative: The first room we were given smelled terrible so we immediately requested a different room. The second room also had a bad smell but we bought air freshener and stayed in it. The hotel itself has a bad smell. It appears clean other than the smell.

Nice hotel. Front desk receptionist has amazing customer service and is very knowledgeable about amenities, nearby restaurants, and local activities. Rooms was cleaned and well maintained. Also the walls are thick. I didn't hear footsteps from the floor on top of me or the TV in the rooms adjacent to me

I walked into this hotel at 10 PM on a Sunday night with no shoes on and a tiny puppy on my hip! My house had flooded from a heavy storm that day. I checked out 89 days later. These folks are FANTASTIC!! The hotel is clean, organized and a staff that goes over and beyond for their guests. I simply can not thank them enough for their service. Highly recommend!!

Great place to stay. Rooms very clean. Hotel desk was very friendly. Fast check in also.
