El Delfín Lodge

Had $300 dollars stolen from my room while I was at the pool. The maid came into clean went into my purse and stole my money! I would never stay here again!! If you do stay TAKE YOUR MONEY WITH YOU!! When I told the front desk and they "oohh that person has been with us for a while and never had a complaint" but maybe she just never got caught. She didn't steal all the money in room just what was in 1 purse. Be careful thinking your room is safe. And no there was not any signs that said do not disturb for the door cause that would have been put out if it was there.

The rooms were very clean, with no carpet. It is relatively new. The swimming pool and area around it was very clean. There are no coffee machines in the rooms. There was one coffee pot in the lobby if you got there early, by 10am, it was put up. There is no kind of breakfast, but McDonald's and Whataburger are close by along with many other walk-in restaurants. There are ice buckets in the room, but no cups at all. You must bring your own. The tv was broken in the room , but they replaced it within five minutes of notification. It is located about a mile from the beach, and there are shops all around. Being the off-season, the rates were relatively cheap. Three nights in October was about $210. SpaceX rocket launch night was much more expensive than the two following nights.

Very nice room with a good view of the pool. The water pressure in the bathroom is kind of bad but overall would book again. Super clean and the room can get very cold. Smart tv (Roku), the bed was very comfy but the comforter felt like sleeping under a curtain.

I loved staying here. I was trying to find a nice place that wasn’t gonna cost me a whole bunch of money for 4 nights. It ended up being a really great choice. The people at the desk are really nice and helpful. The location is great, and the rooms are really clean. I am a neat freak and was very happy with our stay here.
