FABULOUS place. Other locations should be just like it. Great Coffee in morning, granola bars, hot oatmeal - WOW. Barbara was a joy to speak with as was the morning Lady (sorry I didn't get name). Location was Right at Interstate 75 and couldn't be any easier. Their TV is huge And the remote worked (unlike the one I'm at now :-((( ) If I am anywhere near Lexington, I will go out of my way to get to THIS Location !!

I am a Co-Owner of three Choice Hotel property's in Mackinaw City MI. I might be a bit biased on how I run my property's and how I maintain and run them so that should be clear from the start. But this property was very poor..in my travels from Florida to Michigan every spring and fall. I stop at several Choice hotels on my travels and I might consider myself as a bit of a undercover boss. If you look at my past reservations I normally use my Choice employee discount on this trip up to Michigan to close my three property's for our summer season I opted to give my accountant a break from emailing me my link (end of season she's busy giving me my summer occupation numbers) So for my discount I just bought extra points for my trip up since I only stayed one night the others I stayed with frie

A lot of nosie outside the place and a lot of people around. Did not know if they was staying there are not. When we was leaving wife left charges in the room and said they was not in there but I know they was but it ok if the price of a charger is what it cost for me to learn not to give this place another chance lesson learned. Good thing is there a McDonald's right beside it.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I have never been treated so hatefully and aggressively in my life. We booked a room for one night through Trip.com and upon arrival, we were told that the confirmation number we had on our email was assigned to a customer who shared the same first name as I. The front desk attendant, Barbra, quite literally treated my husband and I as if we were attempting to commit a major crime. All of this whole we are 3 hours from home at 11pm on a snowy night with our 5 year old and 3 year old in the car. We both very calmly took turns trying to reason with the woman, asking if this has happened before and if there was some way they could honor the rate on a different room, only to be met with further aggression and rudeness, literally laughing in my face when I asked if
