Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Evansville East

If you are looking for a Hotel with all the comforts of home while being economically right for you, I highly recommend the Econo Lodge located off Cross Pointe, in Evansville, IN. To begin with the location is perfect with a variety of businesses surrounding the Hotel. The first thing I noticed coming through the door was how beautifully the Hotel was decorated. The rooms are extremely clean and daily cleaned. My room gave me that at home feeling. Whether you are looking for a Hotel that serves you a breakfast that is hot one or a cold breakfast it is provided everyday. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that your stay is a pleasant experience. I can't say enough about their awesome staff. Worst place ever nothing at all seems to work they kept lieing and trying to take more money for me yelled and cussed at me then told me I was not aloud to have no one over to visit witch was just my 3 year old son when he was in town for just that one day. Then turned around and stole my $50 deposit. Also anytime I would have something to say or try to complain about it they threaten me with the police I absolutely HATER this place! Food is trash ice machine didn’t work juice was out washer and dryer didn’t work sounds like a generator was always on in there room. Also stinks really bad. Beds make my back hurt as well S my wife I mean should I go on?

Positive: Location was in proximity of my activity. Late arrival did not interfere with the service. Negative: Room and bathroom were very small. The phone did not operate. I had to go to front desk for a hair dryer. Air conditioner was very noisy. There was no air-conditioning in the hallways. Breakfast items were not refilled.

I recommend this place! It’s clean, service was great! The gentleman who booked us(our group of 20+ people) was patient and willing to help us get the best price!

This was a very quiet and relaxing hotel. It was clean and well kept. I had booked a single room with a queen bed but when I checked in the lady at the front desk upgraded my room to a suite which was very nice, I’m sure availability allowed for this to happen but none the less she offered and I was happy to accept. Sometimes just the little things make a big difference. So yes I would recommend this hotel based on friendliness, cleanliness and just how quiet and relaxing the stay was!
