Econo Lodge Hagerstown

The hotel is very clean the staff is very helpful. Wifi was extremely fast. Breakfast was perfect to start my day. Lots of TV channels. Rooms were clean and tidy.

Lowest price guaranteed isn't accurate. At the front desk it is $90. Online could be $70-101. Other websites show $70, no more than $86. That they don't price match too. Don't do long term discount. Been here for 6+ months and still pay $90 at desk. I would think they would give a discount. Paying by week doesn't save u much. But the mgr is nice and does work with you up to some point. But can't have someone come over and hang out which is a downside. I think of this like an efficiency/motel and having a friend come over would be nice

It is with regret that I must say, I have never felt so unsafe in a motel/hotel before. The entire building reeked of marijuana and chemicals. The building was dilapidated. The floors in the room were sticky. The atmosphere was crime-ridden. That said, the man at the front desk was friendly!

I'm writing a review for this site b/c I don't know how people wrote any good reviews. Perhaps they are for the quality inn side, which is maybe better? Mybe a different econo lodge? The Hagerstown econo lodge is the grossest, dirtiest, scariest place I've ever stayed. The entire place stinks of weed and ...maybe meth?- as in you need a mask to stay here. I did not wash my face because did not want to use the towel provided. People hanging out at front and back entrances with rat traps everywhere. Didn't touch anything I didn't have to in the place. Really unsafe. Cameras everywhere but front desk isn't manned- call someone from a phone on wall to come to desk- and 75' screen of hallway video images greets you. Seriously, stay anywhere but here- just sleep in your car on the side of the r

Lets start with the money stealing off my card not once but twice. wrote down my card number and still trying to steal my money off my card also bed bugs and roaches. cigarette smell and dirtiness. rude staff and claiming after my bank and clearly see they charged me twice they still continue to live and claim they didn't. DO NOT STAY got bed bug bites all over and deathly allergic to roaches and I'm still sick daysss later
