Econo Lodge Goldsboro Hwy 70

The room was not clean. On the time of leaving my niece seen a few bugs.. I did not want to sleep underneath the covers this was just to have somewhere for my head to rest. I believe I seen mold. They did not restock the room It was an empty toilet paper roll and one toilet paper rolls still wrapped up. The towels still had stains on them. The pull out couch even had stains on them so that was folded up and put back

Just called the Goldsboro nc on hwy 70 location. I asked the weekly rate. I had more questions. I was hung up on. The guy I was calling for called back. I'm 54. He's 58. I'm assuming because it was the same number she asked him if he was playing on the phone. No he is trying to find a hotel to stay at. Why would he want stay there? Horrible.

Management was terrible . management had an attitude and was very rude . The tv wasn’t working properly the whole time I was there . Towels looked dirty .. as if it was used already . Roaches was crawling everywhere . My experience was just bad. I will never go there again.

Was not impressed, went to take shower and got different people hair all over me. Have bugs (roaches). Fridge do not work.

I'm not upset or complaining, and I expected just the basics for the price. But to improve: the towels were in terrible shape. I expect they had been washed but looked very dingy and even dirty. You should get some better quality towels and just charge people if they steal them. Also, I appreciated being moved to another room because so many lights did not work in my original room... but 1) that should have been checked ahead of time before assigning a room, and 2) mainly... I originally had a non-smoking room. I hadn't been in the new room long before I noted it smelled of smoke. But I was settled at that point and didn't want to move again, so I just dealt with it.
