Econo Lodge Charlotte Airport

My wife and I stayed here. It did not seem like a good neighborhood. The staff was good but the lounge was closed so I had to talk through a security window. The rooms were decent but the mattress was bad. It's in a convenient location located near the airport. Not thinking I'll go back.

Positive: The staff was good and it was clean. Negative: The landscaping around the property could be better, but on the other hand that's not the most important feature at a motel.

Bare bones room but VERY comfortable bed and pillows. EXCELLENT customer service. Shuttle to and from airport plus an extra trip to retrieve a list bag! From two shuttle drivers to two front desk clerks, excellent help under stress.

Don’t renew your booking online they will charge you a “$20 fee” the manager was rude very racist doesn’t like Black people short temper they will try to steal your deposit . Still waiting on one deposit to go back to my card and he tried to withheld my cash deposit from me.

While staying at econo Lodge I was able to have an amazing experience. It was peaceful. The staff was amazing and helpful. The rooms were extremely clean. It's in a convenient location located near food and the highway. Whenever I'm in town I'm going to econo Lodge at the airport .
