Econo Lodge Cartersville-Emerson Lake Point

A great place to stay. We did one night on our travels. Brought our dog. Front desk staff are so nice and helpful!! Rooms are very clean and located right off the highway. Lots of gas and restaurants right there. Would definitely stay again !!

As a previous housekeeping manager at 3 hotels it is something I always do. I fold the bed linens to the foot of the bed one layer at a time. It was a standard queen and both beds were covered in urine. Pillows, both fitted and flat and the mattress pads. All of the furniture look like it had not been dusted in several weeks. I also never received my deposit back and not so much as a phone call about coming to get the deposit. I have pictures of the issues in the room if anyone would like to see them.

Great Location Great Price Room was clean Staff was pleasant. Allowed our dog to join us. Only negative was breakfast was basically nonexistent. Tasteless muffins, white bread for toast and cold cereal. Nothing healthy or real food. I guess with the good price they had to cut somewhere. Overall I would come back if travelling through again.

Michael is the best! He goes above and beyond to make sure I am well taken care of when I arrive in town. Been coming here for over a year now just based off of his customer service alone from the day I first checked in here. Rooms are nice and affordable, I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Very clean and well kept inside and out. The bed was very comfortable with softest sheets. I really like pump soap instead of bars too. TV had a great selection and was easy to use. AC worked awesome. Front desk very friendly!
