Lady at the front desk was super nice last night. Room was very yucky. The whole floor was sticky, a screw in the bathroom, toilet was still dirty but the shower had great pressure. Location was alright, kind of away from most but not terribly far.

Very old and outdated. The plastic/vinyl floors felt very dirty & sticky. The hot tub was empty, and the pool was covered. The employee we spoke to said they have never worked as long as she's been there. They never cleaned the room or even emptied the garbage while we were there. We had to ask for toilet paper and garbage bags. Lots of signs of bed bugs. It's a sketchy part of town, and the police were there several times. At least the coffee was fresh & hot.

Great customer service rooms where we'll kept the showers are amazing. They have a lot of patience locked my self out lady up front stopped what she was doing to help me. My only negative is the breakfast.

I stayed for a week. I had been to this hotel about a year and a half ago and it was fine so I figured it would be fine again. Nope. I put a do not disturb sign on my door a couple of times, but even on the days it wasn't on there, my room was never cleaned. I ended up leaving early because the front desk lady with the dark hair put gloves on and went through my towels before giving me clean ones. Like lady, you have bigger problems to worry about than towels. I mopped my own floors on my hand and knees with wipes because they were filthy, I took my own trash out, I changed my own sheets. The hot water was in an out in the afternoons, and the outlet the mini fridge was plugged into wouldn't hold the plug so a bunch of my food went bad one night when it stayed off. I finagled it to stay in

The room was dirty and smelled badly. The room was also very noisy due to paper thin walls and no soundproofing. The bed had some sort cover on it for water proofing or something but it was noisy and uncomfortable. The drain in the bathtub/shower was blocked making drainage difficult. The hotel was a little way out of town consequently there was no restaurants/bars nearby. Unpleasant stay to say the least , to top it off it was quite expensive for a low budget hotel.
