I tried to stay at this hotel and it was honestly a terrible experience from the moment we walked in. We stood at the front desk for about 10 minutes waiting for someone to check us in, and no one was around to help. When someone finally came, the whole interaction already felt unwelcoming. Getting to the room was even worse. We had to walk through this sketchy staircase that literally smelled like pee, which immediately made us uncomfortable. When we finally got to the room, it was filthy and clearly not cleaned. There were cleaning supplies left in the room, which made it obvious that housekeeping hadn’t finished or the room wasn’t ready at all. The clerk was very nice and helpful but the conditions of the facility was well below any reasonable expectations. The choice hotel rewards program and recommendations was very disappointing and discouraging and I will never use it again. If you have questions you can call me at 225-405-4957. It’s also ironic that my passwords to all my accounts have been compromised the day after I used y’all.

Purposefully put 3 women in a dark back corner. Car had an attempted break in with a crow bar. Another guest at the time of check out showing bite marks on neck and swollen eye due to insects in beds. Dirty underwear left under bed. Charges fees in cash only. Super sketchy. Cops there all the time. Owner/mgmt really weird and creepy. Gross. Shouldn't be in business lots of criminal activity

I had a wonderful stay at Econo Lodge Allentown. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made my stay very relaxing. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile—it really made a difference. For the price, this place exceeded my expectations. Great value, great service, and a stress-free experience overall. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Check-in took longer than it should have, and when we finally got to the room it was clearly not cleaned. The room looked dirty and unsanitary, and even getting there was unpleasant because the staircase smelled like urine. To make things worse, there were cleaning supplies left in the room. I went back to the front desk right away to ask for a refund because the room was not acceptable. The employee refused to help and didn’t offer any solution. Because of how dirty the room was, we ended up leaving and booking another hotel that night.
